If there is an issue with your order — such as incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns — please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Third-Party Delivery Orders
Orders placed through delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or other third-party services must be refunded or adjusted through those platforms directly, as they handle payment and delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, cancellations and refunds generally cannot be issued.
